While we at Stoneham Ford have heard rumblings of the Ranger, we’re now hearing the roar of another familiar sound. The Ford Bronco is coming back in the very near future!
The announcement was made following comments from Donald Trump over scores of American jobs going to Mexico. The Republican nominee for POTUS specifically mentioned Ford as moving its small car operations to Mexico plants, which included the Focus and C-Max.
It was then that Ford specified its earlier plans to add for SUVs to its lineup through a confirmation from Bill Johnson, chairman of UAW local 900.
‘We hate to see the products go to Mexico, but with the Ranger and the Bronco coming to Michigan Assembly that absolutely secures the future for our people a lot more than the Focus does,” Johnson said.
So we are not only getting the Bronco. We are getting more opportunities and investments at the Michigan Assembly Plant.
